Service Agreement

  • The client is responsible for the action of his/her guests in every regard to this agreement.
  • Cash balance is to be paid to the driver at the beginning of the service.
  • Payment method cannot be changed after pickup
  • To all base quoted hourly price, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added. Additional cash tip at your own discretion
  • If the vehicle is reserved for in town charter, and it is taken out of town upon customer’s request, the customer will be billed out of town charter rates which will be higher
  • Waiting time over 15 minutes from the prearranged time counts as a new hour
  • If any person vomits in the vehicle, they will be charged minimum of $300 cleaning and sanitizing fees
  • If the carpet has liquid or any alcoholic beverage spilled inside the limo, minimum of $200 cleaning charge will be added to your bill
  • If the vehicle requires additional cleaning than normal after the service is completed, minimum of $100 cleaning charge will be added to your bill
  • It is utmost importance that all clients act in a responsible manner to preserve the condition of the vehicle.
  • Client assumes full financial responsibility for any interior/exterior damage to the vehicle or property caused by the client or his guests whether by accident, neglect or intent.
  • Client assumes full responsibility for any over time, cleaning or cancellation fees and authorize credit card charges to be made to cover these or any other costs due and not collected at the end of service.
  • Our company and the driver assume no responsibility for the articles left in the vehicle.
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
  • Eating and smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles
  • Company cannot be held responsible for delays or termination of the service due to mechanical breakdown, unknown or unforeseen bad weather, traffic congestion, or hazardous driving conditions
  • Our drivers are authorized to terminate your service without any refunds upon any of these infractions-Disorderly conduct by any of the passengers, Conception of alcoholic beverages by any person under the age of 21, or use of drugs prohibited by law Sticking your neck or arms out of the moving vehicle
  • To stand or change seats in a moving vehicle is serious breach of safety
  • Families with children must secure then to the child seat or with a seat belt.

Airport/port pickups are point to point service

  • For all point to point service any stops or detours will be minimum of $20 additional charge.
  • Vehicle may change due to flight changes, departure and arrival delays subject to availability all effort will be made to provide you with the exact vehicle requested.
  • All airport pickups are done at level one (express pickup area) unless baggage meet & greet is requested,
  • All airport pickups client must call our office as soon as their aircraft lands
  • If the vehicle is in side commercial parking area more than 25 minutes, additional parking fees will be added to your bill
  • For all airport/port pickups, parking, tolls/taxes and 20% gratuity will be added to your base price quote
  • Child, and booster seats are available for extra charge
  • Customer no show at the airport or port will incur a 100% charge
  • For all pickups before 6am or after 11pm or on special holidays additional fees will be added
  • If you miss your flight, or if it has been delayed for more than one hour it is your responsibility to inform our office ASAP
  • All sales are final, and all reservations require a minimum of 25% non-refundable deposit
  • If a confirmed reservation is cancelled you will be charged 100% of the service amount, unless agreed otherwise
  • For all airport/port pickups minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for any changes
